Executive Director

Shannon Pinsent

Shannon oversees our organization’s strategic direction, managing operations, partnerships, and market readiness initiatives to drive tourism growth and ensure our region’s success as a destination.

Fun Fact: During the winter, Shannon is a master backyard rink builder.

Manager of Travel Trade and Media

Matt Molloy

Matt collaborates with industry partners and travel media to promote our region, attending Travel Marketplaces and developing strategies to attract visitors through media outreach.

Fun Fact: Matt is a big sports fan who also collects trading cards.
