Shannon Pinsent
Executive Director
Shannon oversees our organization’s strategic direction, managing operations, partnerships, and market readiness initiatives to drive tourism growth and ensure our region’s success as a destination.
Fun Fact: During the winter, Shannon is a master backyard rink builder.
Matt Molloy
Manager of Travel Media and Travel Trade
Matt collaborates with industry partners, travel media and travel trade to promote our region, attending Travel Marketplaces and developing strategies to attract visitors through media outreach.
Fun Fact: Matt is a big sports fan who also collects trading cards.
Erin Dee-Richard
Season Extension Coordinator
Erin works directly with local businesses, community partners, and regional stakeholders to help them extend the short tourism season into a longer, more resilient one that supports the region's future.
Fun Fact: Erin absolutely loves to travel. So far, she's visited 22 countries.
